IR New 30V MOSFETs, IRF7835PbF and IRF7836PbF

International Rectifier (IR), the world leader in power technology, introduced the IRF7835PbF and IRF7836PbF, 30V synchronous buck HEXFET© MOSFETs for DC-DC synchronous point-of-load converters. Those MOFSETs are designed for applications where small size, high efficiency and improved thermal conduction are required.

The devices reduce total gate charge up to 25% optimizes the body diode losses and maintains the similar RDS performance.

The new IRF7836PbF is designed for power rails and may be used in applications up to 9A per MOSFET whereas the new IRF7835PbF requires a thermal design current of 35 amps from a two-phase voltage regulator using one control and two synchronous MOSFETs per phase.
