150W Converters Offer Choice of Inputs and Packaging/Mounting
Battery charges and the C300 and B300 Series’ of 150W DC/DC Converters, AC/DC Power Supplies have been introduced by Schaefer Inc.
The C300 DC/DC have the input of 10-16V, 18-36V, 36-75V, 45-90V, 80-160V, 160-320V, and 320-380V are available, whereas output voltages range from 5VDC to 220VDC. The C300 AC/DC Series have the same range of output; the choice of inputs is: 110VAC, 230VAC, or 115-230VAC.
The devices feature efficiency of from 70 to 90% as well as tight line and load regulation. Other features are: DC input reverse polarity protection, redundant operation, remote on/off, and temperature compensated charging voltage.
The usage of the new products are for locomotive controls and communications equipment, telecommunication systems, process control systems, and power stations.
